In the late 1960s, the G12H was developed by attaching an 'H' type (heavy) magnet to the body of a G12M guitar speaker. This modification resulted in a speaker that offered more power and a distinct tonal balance, featuring firmer bass and a more pronounced top end. 

Building on this idea, we added an 'H' magnet to the G12M-65 Creamback, creating a speaker that combines the sonic signature of a G12H with the power-handling capabilities of the Creamback. The outcome is the G12H-75 Creamback. This speaker effortlessly delivers 75 watts of power while maintaining the unmistakable tone of the G12H. It features a tighter low end compared to the G12M-65 Creamback and a punchier, more dynamic high end. 

The addition of the 'H' magnet enhances the focus, body, and depth of the Creamback tone. It enriches single notes, resulting in a highly articulate, vocal-like character. These qualities make the G12H-75 Creamback exceptional for lead guitar and produce a massive sound when used in a 4x12 cabinet.
