The Zvex Seek Wah 2, hand-painted by Lisa McGrath, is a unique blend of a tremolo and a wah-wah pedal. It's akin to a seventies synth with an analog sequencer that controls a smooth bandpass filter. You can select from 4, 6, or 8 steps for the wah effect, with the 6-step setting complementing songs in 6/8 or 3/4 time signatures.

As it operates, the Seek Wah 2 cycles through various wah settings before restarting the sequence.

Equipped with 9 knobs, the furthest left controls the speed, while the others adjust the wah settings, becoming brighter as they are turned left. You can create patterns that highlight specific notes in arpeggiated chords, which can produce a mesmerizing effect when played in sync with the tempo and repeating patterns over the same or varying chords.
