The Strymon Deco V2 Vintage Tape Pedal features comprehensive MIDI capabilities, allowing remote control of nearly all switches, knobs, and settings via MIDI commands from your controller or DAW through the EXP/MIDI jack or USB-C connection. The Lag Deck's delay time can be synchronized with MIDI Clock Sync, with the option to save the sync setting for each preset. Additionally, 300 MIDI preset locations are available for storing your preferred settings.

For enhanced sonic versatility, new controls have been introduced. The Deco now includes a novel cassette tape voicing with an auto level control (ALC) process, typical of high-end cassette tape recorders, delivering a compressed, robust tone. Moreover, a new Tone knob has been added to fine-tune the Tape Saturation's tone from dark to bright according to your preference.

Hardware enhancements include a high-quality analog JFET input circuit for exceptional play responsiveness. A switch on the rear panel allows for easy selection between mono or stereo input. Furthermore, the integration of a new ARM DSP chip increases processing power for detailed sonic reproduction while reducing energy consumption on your pedalboard.
