Matched set of two traditionally constructed humbuckers and a battery-powered Blackouts dual preamp was created for Gus G.

Gus G wanted the power of active pickups without sacrificing the hair-trigger response of his favorite Seymour Duncan passive pickups. This system combines the massive tone, kick, and distortion of Blackouts with the rich tone and expressive feel.

This Pickup Set responds perfectly to all Gus G's picking techniques, and more of his personality comes through than with any active pickup. They include two humbuckers and a high-output, low-noise Blackouts dual preamp that replaces one of your volume pots. Uses a bare-wire lockdown system so that no soldering is required when replacing active pickups. Includes three 25K potentiometers for players migrating from a passive setup, plus all necessary hardware.
