J-Style pickups were designed to maintain authentic J-Bass™ tone and character but with extended frequency response and articulation that characterizes all JBE pickups. And, like all other JBE pickups, the J-Style pickups exhibit quiet performance for live performance or recording.
Now, bass players are free to tailor their sound more precisely than was possible with stock pickups and can select one or both pickups without fear of noise or hum often induced by traditional single-coil bass pickups.
Neck and bridge position pickups differ in size to fit into the cavities of traditional J-Bass and similarly styled guitars without modification to the instrument.
Authentic J-style tone with enhanced clarity, punch and articulation for 5-string basses.
Dual-blade, hum-cancelling design eliminates unwanted single-coil noise for studio and live performance.
Extended frequency response delivers tight lows, detailed mids and crisp highs across all five strings.
High-output design provides exceptional dynamics and fast transient response without sacrificing classic Jazz Bass character.
Neck and bridge pickups are sized to fit standard 5-string J-style bass routs without modification.
Ideal for players seeking vintage-inspired tone with modern performance, greater note definition and noiseless operation.
Premium construction with high-quality shielded wiring and mounting hardware included for straightforward installation.
Finished in sleek black covers to complement any 5-string Jazz-style bass.
