The Fuzz Face debuted in 1966 with germanium components, but by the 1970s, it switched to silicon for better stability while only making minimal circuit changes. The Starcrash is the 1970s fuzz pedal that players have long desired.

We've removed the Fuzz knob, as most players keep it fully turned up, relying instead on their guitar's volume knob. We've added a Bias control that simulates a dying battery, letting you adjust the texture from raw and bold to lean and harmoniously rich. 

The Low-Cut control filters bass frequencies from 40Hz to 500Hz with a simple turn. Although these controls may lower the volume, the Starcrash is designed with a higher overall volume than typical Fuzz Face circuits, ensuring that you can still push your amp effectively.

You can use a variety of power sources to power your StarCrash. It supports a standard DC power supply of 9 Volts. DO NOT give the StarCrash AC or a centre-positive supply; you will void the warranty. Bad move.
