Tony Iommi is often credited with having the most influential electric guitar tone in history. Indeed, when one thinks of Black Sabbath, the "Electric Guitar" immediately comes to mind. His distinctive early sound came from a constantly engaged treble-booster connected to fully driven Laney Supergroup amplifiers. While this guitar technique is immensely satisfying and enjoyable, it has become impractical in modern times due to the impracticality of high stage volumes. To address this, we created the Sabbra Cadabra pedal to deliver that iconic sound, adapted for contemporary playing styles which typically involve using amplifiers at more manageable volume levels within their clean settings.
